Decoding the RUPT World explores how Thai leaders can navigate a world defined by rapid change, unpredictability, paradox, and tangled. The research introduces the RUPT framework as an evolution beyond VUCA and BANI, reflecting the realities leaders face today. Drawing on leadership research and assessment insights, the study identifies four core actions—Predictability, Adaptability, Resilience, and Agility—as essential capabilities for leading through uncertainty. The findings highlight that Thai leaders demonstrate strong strengths in building trust and fostering growth, while also identifying critical gaps that must be addressed to lead effectively in a RUPT environment. The research emphasizes that future-ready leadership requires both human-centered behaviors and systemic readiness.
