Elevate the System explores the realities behind women’s leadership advancement in Thailand. While awareness of gender diversity has increased, women remain underrepresented in senior roles due to systemic and cultural barriers rather than a lack of capability. The research highlights perception gaps between men and women, unequal access to career-advancing opportunities, and the disproportionate burden of family and invisible work carried by women leaders—contributing to higher burnout. The findings emphasize that meaningful progress requires organizations to move beyond awareness and redesign systems, practices, and leadership behaviors that enable equitable growth for all.
