How We Helped Our Client
Slingshot Group proposed and implemented three project activities in parallel, which include an 8-month top team effectiveness coaching, an 8-month 1-on-1 executive coaching, and 4-month learning through customized training programs for middle and junior management.
Team diagnostics, 360-degree assessment, and Facet5 assessments were administered as preparation for the management team in alignment with top team coaching, executive one-on-one coaching, and offsite experiential learning. In addition to the development sessions, Slingshot Group offered a customized series of training programs to empower the leadership team for the future, namely Brain-based leadership, Elevating Feedback, and Facilitation Skill for team consensus.
The Result
The impact of project intervention was clearly felt by the change in behavior and conduct of the management team, as interviewed with the direct reports. Work process smoothened and communicative discrepancies reduced in a significant scale compared to whence the project began.
