Leadership Foresight 2035 explores how Thai leaders can prepare for an uncertain and rapidly transforming future of work. Developed by Slingshot Group in collaboration with FutureTales Lab, the research examines key drivers shaping the 2035 work landscape, including sustainability, technology localization, workforce transformation, human-centric leadership, and the intensifying talent game. Through future scenarios and foresight analysis, the study identifies six leadership personas and ten critical competencies required to thrive across multiple possible futures. The findings emphasize that future-ready leadership is not about predicting one outcome, but about building the adaptability, trust, and systemic thinking needed to navigate complexity and long-term change.
