The Situation

Our client is a public financial institute with a long, respectable history and contributions to the country. While rich in culture and embedded values, the organization sought to define and translate them into practical guidelines for performance and process improvement to ensure sustainable growth.

How We Helped Our Client

Slingshot Group identified the organization’s core values and defined them into corresponding sets of behaviors and desired actions. Acknowledging the need for people and supporting infrastructure preparations, human resources, and organization development interventions were divided into two parts: People and Supporting Conditions.

 

In the people dimension, Slingshot Group created awareness, understanding, and participation of employees toward the embedment. Supporting conditions preparation was to create system, structure, process, and procedures to be implemented and followed in alignment with the defined organization values.

 

Once the foundation for embedment was ready, Slingshot Group integrated culture and core values into the entire people management process, which includes recruitment, on-boarding, development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and rewards – leading to a sustainable impact on organization performance.

Behavioral and working method changes that are aligned with the core values and culture of the organization were observed by the intervention. The project results also served as a foundation in organizations’ leadership development and human resources management processes.
